Online registration will be available May 7, 2012. Please check back to register!
Save Time and Money! Register before the deadline! Advanced Registration Ends August 24, 2012.
Retailers: Registration is FREE before August 24, 2012. After August 24, 2012 a processing fee of $35 (CDN or US) per person will be charged. BTAC retailers register for FREE with proof of membership.
Non-Retail and Industry Affiliates: A $100 (CDN or US) per person fee applies to non-retail and industry affiliates before August 24, 2012. Onsite registration is $150 (CDN or US). Business classification is subject to ExpoCycle qualifications.
ExpoCycle Registration Policies
No refunds will be given. Badges are non-transferable and must be visible at all times. Show is open to sporting goods industry professionals only. Mandatory for onsite registration: personalized business card and personal I.D. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the show floor and are not permitted in the seminar area. Show management reserves the right to refuse admission or request that an attendee leave the event if, in their opinion, the conduct of the attendee is disruptive to the event. By providing your information, you explicitly consent to receive fax, telephone and email communications from BTAC.

In case of an emergency, assistance will be available on-site at the show.
Show Office:
This is a perfect time to meet with our show staff and to address all your suggestions, requests, complaints and ideas regarding the current exhibition and the upcoming events. We would like to get to know you better and understand your needs in terms of dates, venues, logistic, promotion, etc. Come see us in the Show Office by the main entrance.
Day Care:
Daycare is not available.Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the show floor and are not permitted in the seminar area.
