Online registration will be available May 3, 2010. Please check back to register!
Save Time and Money! Register before the deadline! Advanced Registration Ends August 25, 2010.
Retailers: Registration is FREE before August 25, 2010. After August 25, 2010 a processing fee of $35 (CDN or US) per person will be charged. BTAC retailers register for FREE with proof of membership.
Non-Retail and Industry Affiliates: A $100 (CDN or US) per person fee applies to non-retail and industry affiliates before August 25, 2010. Onsite registration is $150 (CDN or US). Business classification is subject to ExpoCycle qualifications.
ExpoCycle Registration Policies
No refunds will be given. Badges are non-transferable. Show is open to sporting goods industry professionals only. Mandatory for onsite registration: personalized business card and personal I.D. Children under 12 including infants will not be admitted. Show management reserves the right to refuse admission or request that an attendee leave the event if, in their opinion, the conduct of the attendee is disruptive to the event. By providing your information, you explicitly consent to receive fax, telephone and email communications from BTAC.

Parking
Place Bonaventure has seven completely renovated underground levels for up to 750 vehicles at a daily rate of $16.50 for a maximum of 10 hours or less, $19 for 11+ hours, or $3.50 per ½ hour. Exterior adjacent lots provide capacity for several hundred vehicles.

In case of an emergency, assistance will be available on-site at the show.
Show Office:
This is a perfect time to meet with our show staff and to address all your suggestions, requests, complaints and ideas regarding the current exhibition and the upcoming events. We would like to get to know you better and understand your needs in terms of dates, venues, logistic, promotion, etc. Come see us in the Show Office by the main entrance.
Day Care:
Daycare is not available. Children under 12, including infants, will not be admitted.

We know you will be busy during the Show, but if you are visiting Montreal you may want to try to take in some of the sights and sounds of this cosmopolitan City. Place Bonaventure is ideally situated in the heart of downtown Montreal within easy walking distance to first class hotels, live theatre, the Molson Centre, "Old Montreal" and a myriad of exceptional restaurants and retail shops.

Wheelchair Accessibility:
The Place Bonaventure is very accessible by wheelchairs. Wheelchair entrance is located at the corner of de la Gauchetiere Ouest and University St.
Food Services:
A wide variety of food and beverages available from sit-down restaurants to fast food at the newly renovated food court.
Smoking:
Is not permitted within the Place Bonaventure Exhibit Halls.
