Mark GraffSmartEtailing.com
Mark Graff is co-founder of SmartEtailing.com which, for over 11 years has provided website solutions for specialty retailers in the bicycle industry. Mark’s experience helping bicycle stores, especially in the area of marketing, spans more than 30 years. Born into a family with retail roots that date all the way back to the American Civil War, Mark believes steadfastly in the importance of specialty retailers both for the health of the industry as well as for the positive contributions to communities that come from local merchants. Mark is also a lifelong cyclist and has an ever-growing stable of bicycles. He freely admits this is mostly because he can’t part with an older bike as he acquires a new one. His wife thinks he needs counseling. He is certain he just needs a bigger garage. |
